The shower drain nor the phones in the room were working.

the staff were amazingly nice and assisted us with free parking. exceptionally comfortable bed in the a double room, plus climate control, a private safe and flat-screen television.

Marvellous and fantastic location for our visit to a National museum around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Set in a cute area adjacent to the centre as well as Stone Town for business as well as leisure.

The breakfast was amazing with good assortment of fruits; the location was magnificent.

Awesome place with its friendly staff, great Wi-Fi, and beautiful outdoor swimming pool. I remember my first stay when they provided me with a bottle of water at night. Highly recommend for a relaxing city break!

The location is perfect for exploring nearby places like the ferry terminal and Kidichi Spice Farm. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast by the pool is good. Don't forget to check out the fine rooftop views! Highly recommend this hotel for any group getaway.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was quite noisy, hard to sleep at times. This could be an issue for light sleepers.

Request a room with a balcony for a nice view. It can enhance your stay significantly.

perfect base for exploring stone town's sights and sounds

The staff were cute, and I loved being just a short stroll away from the vibrant Streets of Stone Town and local cafes like Puzzle Coffee Shop, where I could grab a quick bite before heading out for the day, making my city walks so much more enjoyable with easy access to nearby attractions like the Old Fort and the historic House of Wonders.

The furnishings scream for an upgrade-everything from the uncomfortable chairs to the outdated and slightly dusty decor gives you a sense of neglect. The pool was under maintenance , so I missed out on that refreshing retreat. Breakfast options lean toward the uninspiring side, and wandering just around the corner offers better and cheaper eats. If you need natural light, you may want to rethink your room choice-some rooms are quite dark, with artificial lighting that feels harsh.

The pool proved refreshing, especially after exploring nearby markets. I found their Spice Tour invaluable-don't miss it! For future guests, consider visiting the local restaurants just a short stroll away.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything 🌅 The room was cozy, but the shower took forever to get hot. Still, I'd definitely come back again!

The Dhow Palace is a gem with its beautiful Arabic architecture and super friendly staff. Breakfast had a variety of local tastes, and being so close to great spots like Puzzle Coffee Shop and Al Johari is a win! Worth every penny!
